Concordia University Jurist-in-Residence, Morton S. Minc, invites you to the conference with guest speakers Ghislain Picard, former Chief of the Assembly of First Nations Quebec-Labrador and Geoffrey Kelley, former Member of the National Assembly of Quebec.

The talk will be moderated by Kristy Snell, Associate Professor, Journalism, Concordia University.

This conference will be presented in English and French with a bilingual question period.
