Concordia University Jurist-in-Residence, Morton S. Minc, invites you to the conference with guest speakers Ghislain Picard, former Chief of the Assembly of First Nations Quebec-Labrador and Geoffrey Kelley, former Member of the National Assembly of Quebec.
The talk will be moderated by Kristy Snell, Associate Professor, Journalism, Concordia University.
This conference will be presented in English and French with a bilingual question period.
Since Concordia University is an organization distinct from the Bar of Quebec, you must declare your hours of continuing education in your personal file. A certificate of attendance representing 1.5 hours of continuing education will be issued to those lawyers who attend this conference.
