A dialectical approach to digital liberation with Nicolò Bernardi
Smartphones have woven themselves into every aspect of our lives, raising a pressing issue that crosses all demographics: a dependency that disrupts motivation, well-being, and social connectedness.
This seminar introduces a biopsychosocial framework to understand the impacts of smartphone overuse on our dopamine systems, affecting our drive and engagement. Participants will explore intervention strategies and learn about an 8-week pilot "Dopamine Reset Program" designed to restore balance and foster self-regulation in an increasingly digital world. Join us for an eye-opening conversation on reclaiming control over our digital lives.
