A Global Perspective on Experiential Learning

To kick off the semester, we’re trying something new! For our January Brown Bag Lunch, we are integrating our local seminar with the international webinar series, "New Leisure Studies: International Perspectives".

We invite you to join us on campus for a special "watch party" featuring our colleagues Steve Henle and Shawn Wilkinson. They will be part of a global panel, representing a collaborative group of seven leisure organizations from around the world, to discuss a topic at the very heart of our department: Experiential Learning.

This is a unique opportunity to see our colleagues share their work on an international stage. We will watch the live global broadcast together, which highlights innovative experiential learning initiatives from diverse global contexts, and then transition into an in-person conversation to reflect on these ideas as a community.
