Exploring Ikigai: An Experiential Discovery of Joy and Purpose

The 2024 cohort of AHSC’s Human Systems Intervention M.A. program invites members of the Applied Human Sciences community to a day of experiential learning. With humility and respect for its origins in Japanese culture, we will be exploring ikigai, a philosophy that translates to “a life worth living.”

We hope to offer participants a day of contemplation and discovery that leaves AHSC community members – from undergraduate and graduate students to alumni, faculty, and staff – feeling personally engaged and connected to one another.
