The COVID-19 pandemic has forced us to learn new ways of relating to others, including experiencing different degrees of solitude and/or isolation. While this circumstance is new to us, we have all likely experienced a form of loneliness in the past.
Through experiential exercises and group discussions, this session will help you identify the differences between solitude and loneliness, their associated patterns as well as steps to take towards enhancing your well-being.
This session will be led by Debora Beatriz Rabinovich and Dr. Jade-Isis Lefebvre, Counselling and Psychological Services.
