Yoga with Jodi: Each Hatha Yoga class is designed to bring balance to the mind and body through a combination of physical postures (Asanas) and breath work (Pranayama). The course is taught from a Trauma Informed perspective which encourages student autonomy; individual modifications are welcome. The structure of the class consists of an opening meditation, gentle stretches to warm the body and relieve tension, a heat building sequence, gentle stretches to wind the body down, and ends in Savasana, a relaxation posture. Whether your goal is to build strength, relieve stress, or increase your day to day equanimity, this class will work for you.
