Join headhunter, co-founder of Pronexia, global speaker and Concordia lecturer Marina Byezhanova who will speak about what job recruiters are looking for when hiring new employees in a post-pandemic world.

An entrepreneur since the age of 28, co-founding Pronexia with her business partner Moranne Elarar, Marina is at heart a headhunter and recruiter. She brings an understanding and appreciation for top job candidates from her extensive work with Pronexia.

She has been featured in Inc.com, Forbes.com, Yahoo News, Financial Post, Fast Company and Success Magazine. She has spoken to audiences of entrepreneurs and business professionals around the world and teaches at Concordia on the topic of ROI of Social Media (with focus on personal brand building).
