Breakfast Conference on Coaching

About the workshop

We are sorry to announce that due to unforeseen circumstances the presentation by Zaina Delaporta scheduled for June 12th has had to be postponed until the fall. 

In its place we have decided to present a platform were calling “Coaching in the time of COVID-19” where coaches can come together as professionals to discuss the impact that the current COVID-19 crisis is having on them and their practice.

The current president of ICF Quebec Giséle Aubin has accepted the role of host for this event.  She will bring us up to date on the various initiatives taken by ICF Quebec in response to the crisis, and will also share some of the latest developments aimed at expanding service and accessibility to the English coaching community.
Following Gisèle’s presentation participants will be divided into facilitated break out groups where they will be invited to explore the following questions.

• How has Covid affected you and how do you deal with coachees truly affected by the crisis?
• How do you help them move forward post-Covid?
• How do you develop your coaching practice through Covid?
• How do you use tele-coaching technology – pros, cons, best practices?
  

These conversations will be followed up with a brief summary report by each room’s facilitator and the session will conclude with a few closing comments from Gisèle. 

Over the course of the last several years the coaching breakfasts have brought together coaches from many different disciplines and backgrounds and our combined knowledge and experience is truly astounding.  We are confident that this event will be enriching for all who participate and we encourage you to register right away.
