The Community Health and Social Services Network (CHSSN) and the Quebec English-Speaking Communities Research Network(QUESCREN) are pleased to announce an event to launch and present two new resources essential for research on Quebec’s English-speaking communities.

 The resources are:

  • The CHSSN's latest baseline data reports including key sociodemographic information on English-speaking communities based on the 2016 Census of Canada. Dr. Joanne Pocock will present this resource.

The 1.5-hour event will feature the official launch of the resources followed by an informal working session. Researchers and stakeholders from community groups, government and beyond will learn in depth and be able ask questions about the contents of these resources, and how to use them.

Refreshments will be served.

No admission fee, but registration required at this link.

We recognize the support of the Government of Canada, the Government of Quebec, and the Canadian Institute for Research on Linguistic Minorities.
