To engage students intellectually and introduce them to research, while learning how to write a scientific article, I launched an initiative to teach third year undergraduates how to improve their writing and produce a manuscript of publication standards. This initiative has resulted into a published manuscript co-authored by over 100 undergraduates of Concordia University that was exceptionally well-received in the field and bolstered student career-development. This teaching philosophy is currently implemented in my courses taught at Concordia University. Other manuscripts are in preparation with teams of collaborating student-editors.
