Fees, discounts and refunds
Program fees
Complete fee details are listed on each program page. Fees include all course materials and learning resources, except for the Professional Goal-Centric Certified Coach program, which has additional costs.

Discounts
Groups, Concordia alumni and members of partner organizations may qualify for discounts. Visit individual program pages for details.
Refund policy
Full refunds are not available. Refund amounts vary based on the cancellation date.
- Min. 25 business days’ notice: Total refund minus 7% administration fee
- Min. 15 business days’ notice: 50% refund minus 7% administration fee
- Min. of 11 business days’ notice: 25% refund minus 7% administration fee;
- Fewer than 10 business days’ notice: No refund
Deferrals
Participation may be deferred to a future session or a different program after registration under the following conditions:
- Deferral requests must be made in writing to jmec@concordia.ca a minimum of 25 business days prior to the program start date to be processed without penalty.
- Deferral requests made within 24 business days are subject to a $150 (CAD) administration fee.
- Only one deferral per program is permitted.
- Refunds may no longer be issued once a deferral has been processed.
- Deferrals cannot be processed after the program has started.
Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation by the John Molson Executive Centre due to insufficient registration or events beyond its control (e.g., weather events, labour disruptions, etc.), the Centre will issue a full refund.
The John Molson Executive Centre is not responsible for any additional costs incurred (e.g., travel expenses). Participants are encouraged to purchase trip cancellation insurance if applicable.
