IT projects on campus
Instructional and Information Technology Services (IITS) is dedicated to enhancing the digital experience for students, faculty and staff.
Beyond routine support and maintenance, IITS is continuously working on larger, more complex initiatives that shape the future of our digital infrastructure. These efforts are guided by the new IITS 2026–2031 Strategic Plan, which sets out a clear vision and priorities for how technology can support Concordia’s mission and evolving needs.
The plan provides a framework for advancing key areas such as cybersecurity, digital services, innovation and the use of emerging technologies, while responding to government mandates and other institutional priorities.
