It is with deepest regret that we have learned of the death of Dr. Glenn L. Brook (1958 - 2012).
Glenn graduated with a BFA in Art History in 2000 and went on the complete a Master's degree in 2002 with a thesis titled, Canada: A People's History - An Analysis of the Visual Narrative for a Colonial Nation. He was a stellar student, graduating from the Art History Department's Doctoral Program in 2009 with a thesis entitled, Picturing an Experience of the Past: The Case of Canada: A People's History.
Glenn contributed a great deal to our Department both as a student and an instructor. His warmth, collegiality, and wonderful sense of humour will be dearly missed, but not forgotten.
Donations to favored charities have been suggested by his family.
