For most people, approaching retirement represents a time of excitement, but also apprehension. Whatever the emotional response, retirement marks a transition to a new life stage and one in which daily routines, identity, and roles all change.

In this session, participants will reflect on what their ideal retirement looks like and they will be provided with tools to help plan for a successful, healthy transition.

Join us for this EAP lunchtime seminar led by Stefano Maiorana, an expert in human behavior, a skilled communicator and popular Concordia speaker.

Please note that this seminar is offered in English only.
