Renew. Replace or pick-up your student ID

Before you come by, make sure you’ve uploaded your photo online and received the email confirming your card is ready for pickup.

Please wait at least 24 hours after receiving the confirmation email before picking up your card. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer. 

Ready to pick your card? 

1. Check that you received the “ready for pick-up” confirmation email.

2. Have your student ID number and a government-issued photo ID.

You must pick up your card in person. No one else can collect it for you.
No appointment necessary. 

Appointments are required to renew or replace your ID card.
