In Concordia’s research institutes, students cross disciplines to co-create work no single lab could do alone and connect teams, supervisors and peers to push projects further. Learn how research doesn’t have to be linear and how collaboration turns into discovery — step by step, across the university.

Opening Panel: 4TH SPACE

2:15 to 4:15 p.m.
Explore the institutes. Roam between:

• Next-Generation Cities Institute (NGCI)
• Milieux Institute for Arts, Culture and Technology
• Applied AI Institute (AI2)
• Institute for Research on Migration and Society (IRMS)
• 4TH SPACE (exhibits and open coffee bar)

4:30 to 5 p.m.

Plan your day

Register at the start of the day at 4TH SPACE and attend the opening panel.

After the panel, focus on one or two institutes that best match your research interests. Each institute will offer its own mix of presentations, demos and hands-on activities at scheduled times.

If you arrive after the panel, head directly to any institute to catch a presentation or join a session already underway.

Between sessions, drop by 4TH SPACE, where you’ll find additional exhibits and a coffee bar open all afternoon.
