In this workshop we will explore how to develop immersive environments and interactive installations. Focusing on gesture mapping, the session introduces tools like ossia score, a multimedia sequencer, and SpatGRIS for placing and moving sound around listeners.

Students and faculty from all departments are welcome. Part of Suite SAT, these free, open-source tools offer an entry point for research, project development, communication and teaching, with opportunities to keep experimenting beyond the workshop.

Edu Meneses, Research Director, Société des arts technologiques (SAT).
