Explore Montreal: Saint Joseph's Oratory on the Mount Royal

Enjoy one of Montreal's most breathtaking and serene experiences at the golden hour! At sunset (the golden hour), when the setting sun hits the basilica’s colossal copper dome and you are treated to a completely unobstructed, panoramic view of Montreal's northwestern grid, stretching all the way to the distant Laurentian mountains.

We’ll head together to Saint Joseph’s Oratory on the Mount Royal for an evening visit through its different levels and gardens. We’ll walk at a relaxed pace before settling in to enjoy the view and watch the sunset over Montréal.
