Recognizing and Disrupting Microaggressions in the Classroom

The workshop “Recognizing and Disrupting Microaggressions in the Classroom” equips students with the tools to identify, understand, and address subtle but harmful behaviors that affect students’ learning and sense of belonging. Students will explore the impact of microaggressions, reflect on their own learning practices, and practice strategies to intervene effectively and foster inclusive classrooms.
