Michael Assiamah is the founder and CEO of Support & Growth, a leading provider of culturally sensitive mental health and wellness services and integrated employee wellbeing solutions. His rise to success didn’t come without its obstacles. He grew up in an underprivileged community in Toronto where, everyday was met with challenges and adversity. It was there that he witnessed his close friends struggle with mental health issues due to their circumstances. It is through them, that his focus turned to building a platform like Support & Growth to promote accessibility and address the barriers that prevent black, racialized and minority groups from accessing services and experiencing positive outcomes.

Michael holds a Masters of Social Worker Degree and an Honors Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology both from the University of Windsor.
