Join us for a thought-provoking webinar for women who are ready for more and know something needs to shift to get them there.

In this session, led by business and executive coach Leah Kosatsky, we’ll explore:

  • Why so many capable women stay longer than they want to in roles and dynamics that no longer fit
  • The quiet cost of prioritizing stability over self
  • How to recognize when something is off, even before you can fully explain it
  • What it looks like to begin leading yourself forward with greater clarity and self-trust

Kosatsky will also introduce her Return to Her four-part framework, a process designed to support women in reconnecting with themselves, rebuilding self-trust, and making more grounded, aligned decisions.

This conversation is inspired by her book, Why Smart Women Stay: The Price of Playing It Safe.

All webinar attendees will receive a free PDF copy of Kosatsky's book.

Headshot of Leah Kosatsky

Leah Kosatsky works with leaders who are ready for more but know something needs to shift to get them there.

She is a certified business and executive coach who supports clients across the world in growing their businesses while strengthening how they think, decide, and lead. Her work focuses on marketing strategy, sales systems, and AI-driven growth, while also addressing the deeper patterns that impact performance, clarity, and self-trust.

Her work with women in leadership is shaped by a pattern she explores in her writing, including her book Why Smart Women Stay: The Price of Playing It Safe. She brings language to the often unspoken experience of knowing something is off while continuing to perform at a high level, and supports women in recognizing what it is costing them over time. Through her Return to Her framework, she helps women reconnect with themselves, rebuild self-trust, and begin leading from a more grounded, aligned place.

Kosatsky’s clients include leaders in private-duty home care, where she coaches agency owners through Home Care Evolution’s Hurricane University program, as well as organizations such as Concordia University, McGill University, and the National Film Board of Canada. She is invited to deliver keynotes and workshops on leadership, AI and marketing strategy, social media, and work-life integration, with a focus on self-trust and sustainable performance.
