Ramatou N. Barry is an accomplished HR leader and strategist with 15+ years of experience building and leading people functions across public, private, and academic sectors. Currently serving as the inaugural Director of Human Resources and Talent Development at the Université de l’Ontario français (UOF) in Toronto, she has been instrumental in shaping the university’s HR framework from the ground up — from systems implementation and performance management to organizational design and employee engagement.
Ramatou is also the founder of the Talk HR to Me, where she explores the intersection of work, wellness, and purpose. Through her speaking, writing, and consulting, she helps professionals and organizations create healthier, more human workplaces where clarity, alignment, and authenticity drive performance.
