Bio info to come
Ramatou N. Barry is an accomplished HR leader, strategist and thought partner. She has more than 15 years' experience building and leading people functions across global corporations, public institutions and academia, including roles with L’Oréal and Bosch. She holds a MSc in Organizational Development from HEC Montréal and currently serves as the inaugural Director of Human Resources & Talent Development at the Université de l’Ontario français (UOF) in Toronto, where she has been instrumental in designing the institution’s HR ecosystem from the ground up — from systems implementation and performance management to organizational design and employee engagement. She is a Certified Human Resources Professional in Ontario and Quebec.
A Concordia graduate and proud alumna of the John Molson School of Business, Ramatou focuses her work on leadership, boundaries, burnout and sustainable performance. Through her speaking, writing and consulting, she helps professionals and organizations move beyond performative practices toward healthier, more human workplaces grounded in clarity, accountability, and respect for capacity.
Known for her clear, grounded, and evidence-informed approach, Ramatou translates lived experience and executive practice into practical insights that resonate across sectors. Her work is rooted in a core belief: sustainable success is built on alignment, courage, and care for people — so that work supports life, not replaces it.
Temi Akin-Aina is a senior higher-education advancement and alumni relations leader with over 15 years of experience in programme strategy, community building, and inclusive engagement.
She is currently Director of Alumni Experience at UNSW Sydney, where she leads the development of a refreshed alumni strategy focused on lifelong connection, impact, and worldwide engagement for a global network of over 400,000 alumni.
Prior to joining UNSW, Temi held leadership roles in alumni relations in Canada at institutions including Western University, McGill, and Concordia. As Associate Vice-President, Alumni Relations at Western University, she was responsible for the vision, planning, and delivery of engagement strategies for an alumni community of over 328,000 graduates across 160+ countries. Her portfolio included large-scale events, volunteer leadership, digital programming, and engagement metrics.
Rashida Geddes is on a mission to help talent get out of their own way, cut through the noise and bring clarity to their career and life goals.
Rashida has been featured on major media networks and has spoken on stages around the country and in the United States, where she has used her voice and platform to encourage millennials to value their lived experiences and unapologetically own the brilliance they bring to the workplace.
A voice for the next generation of leaders through her speaking, coaching, and training, Rashida is helping talent claim the power they bring to life.
