For 25 years, Vincent Chiara has been creating landmark projects that serve as benchmarks in the real estate industry. Recognized by his peers, he has made a significant impact on the development and transformation of the communities where he operates. A graduate in law from the University of Sherbrooke and in commerce from McGill, Vincent began his career practicing law but soon developed a deep passion for real estate, which led him to fully dedicate himself to the sector in 1999.
In 2000, he founded MACH, driven by a strong desire to create significant projects with heart and determination, always in close collaboration with his team. He has built a team of more than 500 experienced professionals and seasoned collaborators from all areas of the industry. Together they have propelled MACH to the forefront of the sector by focusing on excellence and environmental responsibility, with the goal of building a sustainable and inclusive society.
Today, MACH owns over 250 properties, representing more than 45 million square feet across the office, industrial, residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. The company has established itself as one of the leading real estate players and one of the largest property owners in Canada.
