Dayna is on a mission to empower women to reach their goals with clarity and confidence. As the founder of Frank, a global women’s leadership community, she transforms the way women lead through guided peer-coaching. A seasoned communications consultant, Dayna holds a B.A. in Journalism from Concordia and a certificate in Women’s Leadership from Yale School of Management. Her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for developing female talent drive her innovative approach to strategic problem-solving and creative thinking. Featured in publications like Thrive Global, Crunchbase, and Nasdaq, Dayna inspires both entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs through her leadership keynotes and workshops. She also serves on the boards of several nonprofits and is a proud mother of three energetic boys.
