Feeling like a fraud despite your success? You’re not alone. Imposter syndrome is what many call it, but research shows it's not a syndrome at all, and it sometimes powers growth. In this webinar, Ingrid Chadwick, Associate Professor and Academic Director of the Barry F. Lorenzetti Centre for Women Entrepreneurship and Leadership at the John Molson School of Business, will uncover what’s really behind those feelings and why imposter syndrome has a profound effect on so many women leaders. She’ll discuss evidence-based strategies to cope, build confidence, and lead beyond self-doubt.
This webinar is open to the public. Following the main presentation, there will be a Q&A.
Spots are limited.
