Join Sonia Di Maulo, BA 94, MA 01, to learn how to develop new strategies to help regain clarity, engagement and resilience during these challenging times. In a world where change is constant and the speed of change is accelerating, the frequency with which we must reinvent ourselves is on the rise.
If you are a leader, caregiver or parent, this webinar can support your efforts to help your teens or students navigate this evolving world.
By the end of the workshop you will be able to:
- Describe a potential process for staying grounded and offering hope today and for the future
- List three strategies for gaining clarity, engagement and resilience during a crisis
- Encourage yourself and others towards acceptance and reinvention
Sonia Di Maulo, BA 94, MA 01, is the founder and chief reinvention officer at Harvest Performance, a consulting agency that supports emerging leaders and helps them leave a positive impact on the world.
She is the award-winning author of The Apple in the Orchard: a story about finding the courage to emerge and the creator of the Take the Leap! Make an Impact program. Sonia's program received the 2020 Award of Excellence for Outstanding Human Performance Intervention and has been accepted into the Incubation Program at Concordia's District 3 Innovation Centre.
