GETTING YOUR EXPERTISE USED, PART 2: CONTRACTING

The Concordia Institute of Aerospace Design and Innovation (CIADI) in collaboration with FutureReady is pleased to launch its first Leadership Agility in Aerospace student program. The program consists of three workshops, a panel where industry professionals will share their tips and tricks on succeeding in an interview and designing a winning resumé, and a case competition.

In this follow-up the Project Management workshop last week, we will dig into the first phase of project management to explore, practice, and get feedback on our contracting skills. In this session, you will learn about and practice the essential elements of the contracting phase in order to ensure you and your peers, teammates, bosses and clients are all completely on the same page before you embark on a new project.
