Virtual consultation

Drop in for a one-on-one discussion with an advisor in the Office of Rights and Responsibilities over a video call.

How it works

Speak with an advisor in English or in French, free of charge, by attending a virtual drop-in with the Office of Rights and Responsibilites.

The purpose of the drop-in is to answer any questions you may have about the complaints process and, if necessary, assist you with completing the intake form.

When you join the video call, you'll be added to a private waiting room. (Rest assured, any fellow drop-in participants will not see your face or your name.) When it's your turn, we will add you to a breakout room to begin your one-on-one consultation. Expect the conversation to last about 10 minutes.
