Purchase used items at Concordia
Give quality second-hand goods a new life and help reduce waste on campus.
Concordia offers several ways for students, faculty, staff and the general public to purchase used items at affordable prices. These programs support the university’s ongoing commitment to waste reduction, circularity and accessible sustainability practices.
By choosing second-hand, you’re helping divert materials from Concordia’s waste stream, reducing landfill waste and supporting a culture of reuse on campus.

Treasury Thrift E-Store
The Treasury Thrift E-Store is an online platform managed by the Office of the Treasurer. It provides access to gently used university furniture and electronics that are no longer needed in campus operations.
Items may include:
- office chairs and desks
- filing cabinets and storage units
- refurbished laptops and small IT equipment

Revenue generated through the Treasury Thrift E-Store is returned to Concordia’s capital budget, where it is reinvested for the benefit of the university community.
Convenient online purchasing
Visitors can browse the catalogue, check product availability and complete purchases directly through the digital storefront. Each item listing includes the responsible university department and contact information to arrange pickup.
