Josie Di Paolo

Josie Di Paolo holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from McGill University, as well as a diploma in Information Technology as Programmer Analyst and certificates in Project Management and Executive Management Development. She has over 15 years’ experience as an IT professional in IT delivery operations management, project management, IT consulting and business development.  Her work experience is mainly in telecommunications, customer experience solutions, IoT/M2M and IT Professional Services.

Josie began her career in IT as an application technical administrator and business analyst.  In 2003, she was appointed Director of Information Technology at Nordia Inc. (a subsidiary of Bell Canada) where she applied her organizational, leadership, strategy and planning skills.  She was responsible for the day-to-day operations of IT delivery service, multiple technical teams (onsite and remote), and for implementing enterprise-wide solutions such as VoIP, business intelligence and data warehouse tools.   

In 2011, she accepted an opportunity as a Regional Engagement Manager for a leading US software company specializing in customer service solutions.   She was responsible for scoping projects, planning budgets, defining deliverables, and developing the implementation strategy before deploying a project team to implement the platform.  She also managed client relationships and led large-scale programs for the Canadian federal government, insurance companies and banks across Canada and the US.

She accepted a new opportunity as a director of business development for a leading IT professional services firm in May of 2016, where she continues to apply her strong client relationship skills and strategic business foresight to strengthen partnership ties and provide tailored solutions to her clients.

She enjoys running, swimming, cycling, skiing, circuit training, Latin dancing and quality time with family and friends.
