Human Resources Management
Overview
An organization's resilience and adaptability are fundamentally a reflection of the well-being of its people. The last few years have seen significant changes in working patterns: employees are more concerned about their mental health and have put a high value on the flexibility of their personal time. Managers have had to deal with the "Great Resignation," quiet quitting, and the challenge of building and maintaining team engagement. In this course, you will learn the key concepts linking principles of human behaviour to business situations, intercultural communications, and leadership.
