    The IMAA Fee Schedule recommends fees for screenings and audio presentations, educational use of media art works, exhibitions, professional fees and print reproduction of film/video stills.
  • RAAV/CARFAC’s minimum recommended fee schedule
    This resource provides guidelines on what visual and media artists should be paid for their copyright and other professional services. Canadian Copyright laws provide artists with the right to be paid for exhibitions and reproductions, and most public funders require that museums and public galleries pay royalties and fees according to our guidelines.
  • The Machinery: Cost Estimator for Touring a Show
    This tool allows you to estimate the real costs of a tour, as well as to estimate the set cost of a work. It can help you determine the minimum fee that should be charged to the presenter(s) to cover the costs of each performance.

  • Rags to Reasonable: Office Hours
    Free 30min coaching sessions on the third Monday of every month. These sessions are for those who have questions or issues they want to talk through, want to find out what financial coaching/planning is like, or can’t afford to pay someone to help them with their money.
