Lina's approach to facilitation and teaching is rooted in healing-informed practices (also known as trauma-informed practices), design thinking, emergence and complexity. They are also a queer immigrant from Colombia and constantly learn to navigate identities, systems, cultures and experiences from a place of curiosity and care.
