After extensive renovations, the new Birks Student Service Centre reopened August 12 on the ground floor of the J.W. McConnell Building (LB-185) on Sir George Williams Campus.

The new centre aims to provide personalized and streamlined assistance in a more comfortable, inviting space.

The old counter is gone: the upgraded space houses eight permanent service desks, plus four additional ones for peak periods. Staff will offer you an integrated service that includes a review of your file to make sure there are no outstanding issues.

  • Student accounts/Tuition payments
  • Immigration and Quebec residency documentation
  • Letter of attestation
  • Financial aid
  • Student ID card
  • Official transcript request
  • Other services/Multiple services
  • Incomplete grade requests
  • Exam services
