The Jonathan Wener Centre for Real Estate invites you to an exclusive panel featuring women in real estate leadership.
Women leaders are transforming the real estate industry — not only in boardrooms and investment committees, but in how our cities evolve. This panel brings together two recognized voices advancing sustainable, equitable, and future-oriented real estate practice. We will explore how leadership diversity influences investment strategy, risk culture, sustainability adoption, and the built environment — and why increasing representation at the top is not simply a social imperative but a strategic advantage.
Drawing from research and real-world executive experience, the conversation will illuminate how women shape decision-making, build adaptive organizations, and drive outcomes that matter for investors, stakeholders, and communities alike.
