Transfer credits
If students have completed an eligible technical DEC, they may be able to receive transfer credits toward their undergraduate degree at Concordia, giving them a head start on your university studies and helping them complete their degree in less time.
Equivalencies
CEGEP students may be entitled to certain Concordia course exemptions.

Events
Group tours
Bring your students to Concordia! We would be happy to help you organize a school visit. This could include a general campus tour, and/or a tour of a specific faculty’s facilities.
Advisor tours
If you are new in your role, or would simply like a refresher, join us for a personalized visit of our campuses.
Open House
Twice a year, we throw open our doors to give students, advisors and family members full access to Concordia. Let your students know that this is a perfect opportunity to learn about everything we have to offer.
Portfolio Day
Concordia’s Faculty of Fine Arts offers portfolio days where prospective students can get one-on-one constructive feedback about their work from a faculty member.
Advisor Day
Every spring, Concordia hosts an event for CEGEP advisors. This full-day event is a great opportunity to learn more about Concordia and our programs! Details for the event are shared in March.
Important dates
- January 13, 2026 – Classes begin, winter term 2026.
- February 1, 2026 – Recommended Fall term application deadline for U.S. and International students to allow sufficient time for CAQ and study permit application processing.
- March 1, 2026 – Application deadline for fall term (2026) entry. Late applications will be considered if places are still available. Students should consult the list of available programs and apply as soon as possible.
- April 9, 2026 – Newly admitted students can begin registering for fall and winter term courses.
- June 1, 2026 – Application for fall term (2026) closes.
- June 1, 2025 – Application for winter term (2027) opens.
- October 1, 2026 – Application for fall term (2027) opens.
- November 1, 2026 – Application deadline for winter term (2027) entry.
- December 24, 2026 – Holiday period, university closed (December 24 to January 4)
