What is academic integrity?

Academic integrity means that every student must be honest and accurate in their work. This means that there are rules and regulations to follow when presenting your work as your own.

Academic integrity
...all students are expected to be honest in all of their academic endeavours and relationships with the University.

(Article 1, Academic Code of Conduct)

Resources

Concordia University has several resources available to help students better understand and uphold academic integrity:

Interim Code Administrators

We wish to welcome a new Interim Code Administrator, Dr. Nora Jaffary - Professor of the History Department who will be handling the majority of Code of Conduct cases as of January 6, 2022.  Dr. Philippe Caignon, Associate Dean -Student Academic Services and Professor - Etudes francaises, will remain as an alternate Interim Code Administrator who will be available to provide his expertise when required due to an increased volume of incident reports filed, as well as cases that must be heard before an Academic Hearing Panel.

You may reach either of the Interim Code Administrators, Dr. Nora Jaffary or Dr. Philippe Caignon at:  Code.administrator@concordia.ca
