How to find books at Concordia Library: using Sofia and finding documents on the Webster and Vanier libraries' shelves.

WorldCat is a service provider that itemizes the collections of numerous libraries in multiple countries, in more than 480 languages and dialects. You can use it to see if a document you want is available nearby.
Montréal has four universities (Université du Québec à Montréal, Université de Montréal, McGill University and Concordia University) with academic libraries - use their collections as a walk-in user to borrow documents. For university libraries outside of Québec, you'll need a PBUQ card, issued by Concordia Library.
The Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec (BAnQ), freely available to all residents of the province, and your local libraries may also have collections useful to you.
