    The International Bibliography of Theatre & Dance with Full Text (IBTD) provides references with abstracts for journal articles, books, book articles and dissertation on all aspects of theatre and performance in 126 countries. IBTD features more than 140 fulltext journals and over 300 fulltext books.

  • Performing Arts Periodicals Database

    Covers a wide range of subjects in the performing arts: dance, film, drama, opera, stagecraft, comedy, pantomime, puppetry, magic and television. Provides indexing and abstracts of the performing arts for around 230 international periodicals, plus full text for 73 journals. (Formerly International Index to the Performing Arts (IIPA))

  • SPORTDiscus with Full Text

    Good source to find information on the physical aspects of dance. Provides access to full text for more than 415 journals in exercise science, dance, and psychology.

  • RILM - Abstracts of Music Literature

    RILM is the major international music database and includes wide coverage of dance.

  • Academic Search Complete

    Coverage spans virtually every area of academic study, including dance, and offers information dating as far back as 1975.

  • Arts & Humanities Citation Index via Web of Science

    A multidisciplinary database covering the journal literature of the arts and humanities, including dance.

  • CBCA Complete

    Useful source to find articles on dance activity in Canada, especially reviews of dance performances held in Canada. Indexes over 600 Canadian newspapers, magazines and journals in all subject areas, from 1982 to the present, and includes the full text for over 150 periodicals starting in 1993.

  • ERIC

    ERIC is the world's largest education database. It is an excellent place to look for publications on the educational aspects of dance.

  • Eureka.cc

    Useful source to find articles on dance activity in Quebec, especially reviews of dance performances held in Quebec. Offers full text access to several Quebec French newspapers and magazines, including La Presse, Le Devoir, Voir, and L'Actualité from as far back as 1985 for La Presse.
