Picking up your ID
You've uploaded your photos and received a pick-up confirmation email. Now, you’re all set to drop by and see us!
You are on step 3:
Before stopping by the Card Services office
- Ensure you received a confirmation email informing you that your card was printed and is ready to be picked up at the SGW campus office.
- Bring your student ID number and a piece of government-issued photo identification. Without them, we cannot give you your student ID.
You must pick up your ID card yourself. Another person cannot get it for you. We also cannot mail your ID card.
- To pick up your card at the Loyola campus, email cardservices@concordia.ca to request a transfer (may take up to two weeks).
- Staying in residence? Ask your RA where to pick up your ID card.
Important ID card pick-up notice
Once a new ID card has been issued, it is charged to your student account. If you do not pick up your ID card by the end of the term, it will be discarded. You will be responsible for any related charges if you request a new ID card in a future term.
