Pollinator
A New Residency Program for Concordia University Alumni
Program overview
Pollinator is a new program offering Concordia University alumni the opportunity to participate in a virtual, 5-week residency of mutual support.
Led by friends of Concordia University Caroline Woolard and Or Zubalsky, Pollinator.coop extends the residency experience by matching you with a cohort of aligned peers. Alumni of select programs can use this opportunity to work on a project, vision statement, application, commission, new website, or other time-bound goal—in good company.
Pollinator supports interdisciplinary practitioners who want to deepen their creative practice while learning a proven peer-coaching method in a small group. Participants are matched based on their availability, creative discipline, the kind of group experience they seek, and their shared goals. Each cohort consists of 6 members at similar career stages, offering focused and intentional support throughout the five weeks.
The goal of Pollinator is to strengthen our shared cultural ecosystems through focused cross-pollination.
