Training

Empowering the next generation of researchers

Today’s challenges are complex — and solving them takes more than disciplinary expertise. This training program helps graduate research trainees develop the skills needed to create impact in academic, community, and professional settings.

Training program overview

The training program includes two main components. Graduate research trainees develop both technical and transdisciplinary research skills and career transition support.

Interactive workshops

Workshops are an integral part of our researcher training program. Volt-Age and GradProSkills offer workshops that combine expert insights with hands-on learning.
