Group classes are fun, social workouts that are available at several levels of fitness and activity. Classes are open to everyone.

Senior Bootcamp
Tone your muscles, improve strength, and challenge your balance while performing functional movements.
40+ Lifting
Learn proper weightlifting technique for basic weightlifting movements.
Lunchtime HIIT
Bring on the intensity! Class provides activity in intervals with little rest time.
Gym hours
- Monday to Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Weekends: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Hours may vary according to statutory holidays and Concordia closures.
