Fall prevention for seniors

A training package for seniors to improve balance and reduce fall risk.

The Senior Health & Fall Risk Prevention Training Package helps seniors improve balance and reduce fall risk.

Participants receive ten 30-minute sessions, scheduled once or twice per week.

Session descriptions

Session 1: Evaluation

The first session includes a Fall Risk Test and Motor Control Test on our Biodex Balance System SD, plus a Senior Fitness Test to assess strength, flexibility, and endurance

Sessions 2–9: Training

Each 30-minute training session features:

  • Biodex balance exercises (10 min)
  • Obstacle course (15 min)
  • Personalized exercises to do at home (5 min)

Session 10: Final reassessment

The final session measures progress by repeating the Biodex Balance and Senior Fitness Tests, tracking improvements in stability and mobility.
