Nutrition suite

Nutrition counselling is designed to provide clients with nutritional guidance and support. All nutritional evaluations and counselling sessions are conducted by a registered dietitian or a dietetic intern overseen by a registered dietitian.

Nutrition services

Our nutrition services are available to everyone - students, staff, and members of the public alike.

Receipts are provided for medical insurance and income tax purposes.

Individual services

Initial Consultation (60 mins)

Includes a careful review of dietary habits, health goals, challenges, lifestyle factors, medical history, dietary supplements, and medication use.

Add a SECA Body Composition Analysis: $32 $20

  • Concordia students: $100
  • Staff / Faculty / PERFORM gym members: $120
  • Public: $130

Follow-up appointments (45 mins)

Clients discuss progress on specific goals and habits established collaboratively with the dietitian during the initial nutrition assessment.

  • Public: $85

Food journal monitoring and feedback 

(Initial consultation required)

Receive a personalized Nutrient Intake Report based on an analysis of a 3-day or 7-day food journal. Your nutrient intake will be compared to the Dietary Reference Intakes (DRIs) to determine if you are getting enough nutrients for your age, gender, activity level, and health condition (if applicable). The dietitian will review the results and discuss dietary recommendations for you.

  • Concordia students: 3-day: $30, 7-day: $40
  • Staff / Faculty / PERFORM gym members: 3-day: $35, 7-day: $45
  • Public: 3-day: $40, 7-day: $50

Cancellation policy: Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours before the appointment. A fee of $25 will be applied to reschedule a cancelled appointment.

Group cooking workshops

Join us in the teaching kitchen for fun, hands-on workshops that make healthy cooking easy and enjoyable. These sessions are perfect for all skill levels.

Learn practical culinary skills in our teaching kitchen. Limited to 20 participants.

Cost: $30/ session

Note: Workshops are offered in English. Workshops in French may be available upon request.

Our dietitian

Oriana Bellissimo, M.Sc., RD

Oriana Bellissimo, M.Sc., RD, is a registered dietitian who offers personalized, evidence-based nutrition support to help individuals achieve their health goals. With a background in behavioural neuroscience from Concordia University and a master’s degree in dietetics from McGill University, she brings a deep understanding of the connection between mind, body, and nutrition.

Oriana has worked in clinical settings including the Montreal Children’s Hospital and Santa Cabrini Hospital, supporting clients of all ages with a wide range of dietary needs. She is passionate about health education and takes a compassionate, client-centered approach to care—whether you're looking to manage a health condition, improve your eating habits, or simply feel better in your body.
