Why this

Turn your research into a compelling public experience. Through a consultation with the 4th Space team, researchers can explore developing public-facing events that connect their research with communities and build assets that support the long-term impact of their work.

Relevance for impact

These consultations address a common gap in research impact: uncertainty about how to engage publics, build audiences, and sustain relationships beyond a single event. By supporting researchers to plan engagement strategies, design public-facing activities, and think intentionally about audience development, the service strengthens how research is shared, experienced, and remembered. It enables more effective public engagement, supports partnership-building, and helps integrate events, media, and documentation into longer-term impact pathways.
