Bookings

Reserve a room:

Before requesting a room booking, please ensure that the Space Application has been submitted for each research project. To help us track how CCRH facilities are used and support annual reporting, a separate application is required for each new project. 

Once your project has been approved for use of CCRH facilities, you can book the space by sending us an email with 'Room Booking' in the subject line at ccrh@concordia.ca. Please specify the room,date and time in your email.
