Videos from QUESCREN’s Education and Vitality Forum are now online // Les vidéos du Forum sur l’éducation et la vitalité sont maintenant en ligne


Revisit the thought-provoking presentations and stimulating discussions that took place during the Education and Vitality Forum organized by QUESCREN and its Inter-Level Educational Table in November 2021. Or, if you’ve missed any of the talks on research and best practices in support of English-language education in Quebec, you can view the videos from the event. All presentations were recorded and are now available on QUESCREN’s YouTube page.

This second edition of the Forum featured 53 speakers and 20 events on topics such as the pandemic’s impact on education, adult and vocational training and the role of the school in protecting community vitality, among many others. Participants appreciated learning more about diverse perspectives on education, such as those of Black and Indigenous communities. “The English-speaking community is diverse and has many assets on which to draw and confront the challenges it faces,” observed one of the attendees.

Pour cette deuxième édition du Forum, 53 conférencier.ère.s ont pris part dans 20 événements sur des sujets tels que l'impact de la pandémie sur l'éducation, la formation des adultes et formation professionnelle et le rôle de l'école dans la protection de la vitalité communautaire, entre autres. Les participant.e.s ont apprécié d'en apprendre davantage sur de diverses perspectives en matière d'éducation, comme celles des communautés noires et autochtones. « La communauté anglophone est diverse et dispose de nombreux atouts sur lesquels elle peut s'appuyer pour relever les défis auxquels elle est confrontée », a observé l'un des participants.
