School of Health for students

The School of Health offers university students unparalleled hands-on learning opportunities from within a multidisciplinary setting composed of nine research labs. Students have access to health researchers and professionals who are leaders in their field.

Established internships

Students working at the School — whether they are enrolled in professional-quality internships or research assistantships — get the opportunity to work directly with researchers and professionals who are on the cutting edge in their field.



Athletic Therapy Clinical internship

The School houses an athletic therapy clinic open to the general public. This unique clinic is staffed by internship students under the supervision of certified athletic therapists. This internship opportunity is open to students from any recognized accredited program.

Clinical Exercise Physiology internship

Students enrolled in a Clinical Exercise Physiology internship at Concordia University acquire hands-on learning through their active participation at the School's fully-equipped gym, specialized community programs and individualized fitness programs.

All internship students are under the supervision of certified exercise physiologists.

Specialized internships

The School of Health is open to internship opportunities with faculties and departments from across Concordia and other universities. We work with departments and faculties to develop specialized internships to meet student needs and interests.
